Prenatal Chiropractic
At R & R Wellness, we know that by improving the well-being of an expecting mom, we are also improving the health of her baby! That is why Dr. Nikki and Dr Chelsey are Webster certified, a technique specific to pregnant women and addressing in-utero constraint. Chiropractic is safe throughout all stages of pregnancy and is extremely effective at reducing and/or eliminating the aches and pains that come along with it, such as low back pain and sciatica!
Pediatric Chiropractic
Many parents bring their baby in to have their spine checked because they realize that the process of being born can be stressful and cause strain on a baby's body. Chiropractic for babies and children is extremely safe and can be beneficial for a number of conditions. Dr. Nikki and Dr. Chelsey have completed their CACCP Certification with the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association. Through their experience and training they both have acquired a gentle, approach for babies as early as days old.

With a variety of techniques and personalized approach, all of our doctors provide excellent chiropractic care to people of all ages and all walks of life in the Southlake, Las Colinas & Arlington areas!
Pediatric + Infant CPR Classes
We are very excited to now be offering pediatric and infant CPR classes out of our Las Colinas office, located in BirthPointe. It has always been our goal to support parents and families throughout the entire journey of parenthood. With that vision in mind, Dr. Nikki’s husband, Rodger (Southlake firefighter + paramedic) has generously volunteered to come teach a class a Saturday each quarter.
