Our goal has always been to support parents through every stage of parenthood, and these classes are one more way we can empower families with confidence and practical lifesaving skills.

Whether you are expecting your first baby or caring for young children, knowing what to do in an emergency can make all the difference.

Participants learn essential skills in a comfortable, supportive environment.

Taught by a Southlake Firefighter & Paramedic

Classes are taught by Dr. Nikki’s husband, Rodger, a Southlake firefighter and paramedic with extensive emergency response experience. Rodger generously volunteers his time every other month to provide hands-on education and real-world insight to families in our community.

These classes are educational, practical, and designed to help parents feel more confident in emergency situations.
